Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire.
• 10+ years of professional embedded software development experience.
• Experience leading architecture and technical direction across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time embedded software in C/C++.
• Develop for Linux, RTOS, bare-metal, or embedded processing environments.
• Lead architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Implement multi-threaded, high-performance software solutions.
• Integrate software with EO/IR, radar, EW, and mission systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, test, and program management teams.
• Support MOSA-compliant architectures and open standards initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and participate in customer demonstrations.
