Qualifications

• Experience with test execution, troubleshooting, and formal requirement decomposition with traceability.
• Proficient with standard test equipment: network analyzers, oscilloscopes, waveform generators, synthesizers, digitizers, signal analyzers.
• Proficient in test scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or equivalent.
• US Citizenship required; ability to work onsite full‑time in Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Develop test requirements and avionics test plans, procedures, TRRs, data, and reports.
• Execute prototype and qualification tests per plans and procedures.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in lab and field environments.
• Perform data analysis, root cause analysis, and generate test reports.
• Act as primary technical contact during test events and manage customer expectations.
