Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Integration and Test Electrical Engineer for our Chandler, AZ site. The position is 100% on-site and involves hands-on testing of launch vehicle hardware, developing procedures, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred for higher level) and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Integration and Test Electrical Engineer for a launch vehicle program.
• Work with flight hardware and ground support equipment.
• Develop/maintain procedures for assembly and test of launch vehicle systems.
• Document and disposition hardware discrepancies; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate tasks and communicate with team members.
