Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Chandler, AZ seeks an Electronics Engineer to join the Launch Systems Avionics Design Group. The role involves leading test verification activities across the program life cycle, including requirements analysis, test planning, execution, and data review on-site.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering with related test experience, proficiency with test equipment and languages such as MATLAB, C/C++, and Python, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or MS with related test experience.
• Experience authoring test procedures and ensuring data integrity and cataloging.
• Experience with test execution, troubleshooting, and verification against requirements.
• Working knowledge of standard test equipment: network analyzers, oscilloscopes, waveform generators, and signal analyzers.
• Proficient in MATLAB, C, C++, C#, or Python; US government Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop test requirements, procedures, TRRs, data, and reports.
• Execute qualification testing per requirements, plans, and procedures.
• Lead problem resolution and prioritize corrective actions.
• Compile data to inform changes in test equipment or procedures.
• Lead cross-functional teams in lab and field environments.
• Conduct formal tests such as TRRs with stakeholders and customers.
