Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Principal/Senior Principal Systems Test Engineer for the Sentinel program. The role is based in Roy, UT, and supports system test activities across prototype, development, and qualification testing.

Responsibilities include test plan development, integration scheduling, MBSE execution with Cameo & DOORS, and mentoring a team within an Agile environment to ensure robust, compliant test results.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD Secret clearance; active within last 6 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years experience or Masters with 3+ years.
• Ability to obtain SAP approval as needed.
• Experience in test planning and execution across development/qualification phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead/test planning and execution for system tests.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities and test requirements.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and schedules for multiple systems.
• Mentor team in System Test planning/execution in Agile environments.
• Perform MBSE using CAMEO & DOORS; lead MBSE activities.
