Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to augment our team. This role can be based in Aurora, CO or Morrisville, NC and requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly. You will lead automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities include building scalable deployment processes, integrating tooling like Terraform and Kubernetes, and collaborating with development teams to improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Must hold an active CI Polygraph at application time.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (3 years with a Master’s).

Responsibilities

• Plan and evolve processes and infrastructure for rapid capability maturation and deployment.
• Integrate development pipelines with automated testing and CI/CD frameworks.
• Define build, deployment, provisioning, and monitoring standards for the program.
• Ensure SCM, code quality, and test coverage in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and infra management.
