Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems Sector is seeking an experienced Principal or Sr. Principal DevOps Engineer. Roles include planning and evolving deployment pipelines, integrating automation, and enforcing SCM and testing standards.

Position supports multiple US locations (Aurora, CO; Morrisville, NC; Sacramento, CA) and requires TS clearance and CI/Polygraph readiness. The candidate will work within an Agile team to automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management, collaborating

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance at time of application with SCI eligibility.
• Active CI/Polygraph within scope.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience: 5+ years for Principal, or 8+ years for Sr. Principal; or equivalent.
• Must have AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform; Security+; Linux administration; Agile software development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and evolve processes and infrastructure to support rapid capability maturation and deployment.
• Integrate development pipelines with automation, test-driven development, and CI/CD frameworks.
• Define build, deployment, provisioning, and monitoring standards for programs.
• Ensure SCM, code quality, and test coverage in CI/CD pipelines.
