CoreWeave is seeking a principal-level software engineering leader to define the long-term technical direction for Developer Experience. You will own cross-team architectural decisions, shape services and APIs, and guide senior engineers through complex challenges.

You will lead initiatives to improve velocity, reliability, and developer productivity at scale, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes-driven platforms and robust, durable software solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience shipping large-scale production services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy for Developer Experience across build/test/delivery tooling.
• Architect core services, APIs, SDKs, and abstractions to scale engineering productivity.
