CoreWeave is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team inside our build, test, and deploy platform organization that powers CI/CD for CoreWeave engineering. This role blends hands-on judgment with people leadership, guiding CI, build systems, artifact management and release automation while partnering closely with senior engineers and technical leads on design decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years of people management in platform, infrastructure, or internal developer teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with CI, build or artifact platforms at scale (CI pipelines, release automation, build systems).
• Solid SDLC, code review, and trunk-based development understanding.
• Kubernetes knowledge or hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical direction for CI, build and artifact management within the team's ownership.
• Identify opportunities to modernize workflows and reduce SDLC friction.
• Uphold reliability, performance, and security standards for the team.
• Translate roadmap priorities into actionable plans and track metrics (CI reliability, build time, latency).
• Manage day-to-day execution and unblock the team to hit outcomes.
• Grow and mentor team members with regular 1:1s and ownership fostering.
