Job summary

CoreWeave is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team powering CI/CD for the build, test, and deploy platform. You will blend hands-on technical judgment with people leadership to guide pipelines, build systems, artifact management and release automation.

You’ll translate platform strategy into concrete work, ensure reliability and security, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of new capabilities across internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with CI, build or artifact platforms at scale.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and release strategies.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Proven mentoring and team execution capability.
• Clear communication to engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide the technical direction for CI, build and artifact management.
• Identify opportunities to modernize workflows in SDLC and drive adoption.
• Uphold reliability, performance and security standards.
• Break down roadmaps into actionable team plans and track metrics.
• Manage day-to-day execution and unblock the team to hit outcomes.
• Grow and support team members through mentorship.
