Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including designing, building, and owning large-scale production software and distributed systems.
• Strong Go programming and cloud-native delivery experience in production environments.
• Deep systems design with focus on API design, service architecture, data models, and maintainability.
• Proven ability to define multi-year technical strategy and execute across cross-team domains.
• Experience debugging complex production issues and reasoning about distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy for Developer Experience across build systems, test systems, delivery platforms, developer tooling, and agentic capabilities.
• Own delivery at scale: optimize CI/CD, build/test times, deployment safety, rollback speed, and release orchestration across a large codebase.
• Architect and evolve core services, APIs, SDKs, and abstractions used by engineers to build, test, deploy, and operate software.
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives to improve velocity, quality, and reliability at scale.
• Mentor senior engineers and guide architectural decisions across teams.
