Job summary

NeoMatrix, Inc. in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Principal DeltaV Automation Engineer to lead DeltaV projects and help build the DeltaV practice for life sciences. This hands-on role requires deep DeltaV expertise, client leadership, and strategic contribution to the practice's growth.

You will mentor engineers, drive design and testing, and collaborate across functions while traveling up to 30% and supporting hybrid/remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of engineering and project experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS.
• 5+ years in GMP life sciences environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead scopes of work for customer automation projects (DeltaV).
• Mentor and coach engineers; provide matrix leadership as needed.
• Develop and mature DeltaV practice procedures, tools, and training materials.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
