Job summary

Circle is seeking a Creative Producer to lead production workstreams from concept through delivery, translating ambitious ideas into exceptionally crafted work across film, digital, social, experiential, and emerging formats.

You will work with Creative leadership to assess feasibility, plan approaches, and maintain high craft standards while exploring cutting-edge AI production techniques with the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant creative production experience with a portfolio.
• Experience producing across film, digital, social, experiential, immersive, and emerging channels.
• Fluency with AI-assisted production tools and workflows, including prompt engineering.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and when to use AI-driven approaches versus traditional methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead production workstreams from concept through final delivery, translating ideas into crafted work.
• Stay ahead of evolving production techniques and advise on the right approach across formats.
• Partner with Creative leadership to assess feasibility and protect the creative idea.
• Research and operationalize AI production techniques and share insights with the team.
• Identify and manage agency/production partners for assigned workstreams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Champion high-quality execution balancing ambition, craft, resources and constraints.
