Job summary

Circle is seeking a Creative Producer to translate ambitious ideas into exceptionally crafted work across film, digital, social, experiential, and emerging formats. You will lead production workstreams from concept through delivery, collaborating with creative leadership to determine the right approach, partners, and tools while upholding a high standard of craft.

A strong background in AI-enabled production and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant creative production experience.
Experience across film, digital, social, experiential, immersive, and emerging channels.
Fluency with AI-assisted production tools and workflows.
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and when to rely on AI-driven approaches.
Proven track record leading complex production workstreams with high craft.

Responsibilities

Lead production workstreams from concept through final delivery.
Translate ambitious ideas into exceptionally crafted work for various formats.
Assess feasibility and shape production approaches with leadership.
Research and apply cutting-edge AI production techniques across projects.
Identify and manage agency/production partners for assigned workstreams.
Manage timelines, budgets, workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Maintain exceptional execution quality, balancing ambition with resources.
