Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on data privacy issues, including compliance, data classification, and data governance
• Develop and deliver training on data privacy across the foundation and subsidiaries
• Collaborate with technical, operational, and programmatic teams to translate privacy principles into pragmatic solutions
• Review, draft, and negotiate data-related agreements and terms
• Develop templates, playbooks, guidance, and processes
• Integrate AI/ML tools into daily work to streamline research, drafting, and collaboration
