Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a transformation-minded Product leader to build and guide a startup-minded team inside a large enterprise. You will own the software platform strategy, align distributed engineers across the US and Canada, and drive outcomes over outputs.

You will lead AI-native initiatives, recruit and mentor PMs, champion continuous discovery, and define KPIs linking product decisions to revenue, retention, and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• 3+ years leading product teams.
• Experience in on-premise + cloud hybrid systems.
• Proven track record building and scaling empowered product teams.
• Change management experience in established companies.
• Deep expertise in continuous customer discovery and data-driven decisions.
• Strong business acumen with impact on revenue, retention and positioning.
• Exceptional communication across executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision and strategy for the software platform.
• Lead AI-native transformation across the Motorola solutions stack.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop product managers for an empowered team.
• Drive deep customer insight through continuous discovery and market intel.
• Own business outcomes with KPI-driven product decisions and telemetry.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing and Support.
• Lead go-to-market planning and successful product launches.
