Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in DevOps/Software Engineering with distributed teams.
• Proficient with Terraform and Azure.
• Deep Azure expertise and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Proficient CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Gradle, Maven).
• Scripting with Python, Go, Java, Bash.
• Networking, DNS, Load Balancers knowledge.
• Relational DBs: Azure SQL, Snowflake, Oracle; Redis; Kafka.
• Experience with security scans (Sonar/Checkmarx/CAST) is a plus.
• Azure DevOps/Dashboards and Confluence a plus; financial services experience a plus.
• AZ-104/Cloud certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable Azure infrastructure (AKS, FrontDoor, Key Vaults, App Gateway).
• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• IaC provisioning and management with Terraform.
• Containerize applications and orchestrate with Kubernetes (AKS).
• Implement monitoring and logging (Dynatrace, Azure Monitor) with alerting.
• Enforce security best practices across infra and pipelines.
• Collaborate across dev/ops teams and mentor juniors.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.
