You bring a BS in Civil Engineering, PE license, and 10+ years of leadership in multidisciplinary teams. This role combines hands-on engineering with business planning and growth for our Boise office.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Project management experience (proposals, scopes, budgets).
• Strong mentoring skills and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers and staff across infrastructure projects from planning to construction.
• Provide practical, value-driven engineering solutions to complex client challenges.
• Mentor staff and create growth opportunities within the team.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify new opportunities through engagement and proposals.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, technical quality, workload, and execution of projects.
• Collaborate with division leadership on strategic planning and client development across the western U.S.
• Contribute to talent development and succession planning for long-term stability.
• Guide day-to-day operations and profitability of the Boise office.
