Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our Boise, Idaho office. You will lead planning, design, and delivery of diverse civil engineering projects for public and private clients across Idaho and nearby regions.

The ideal candidate has a PE license in Idaho or the ability to obtain within one year, 5+ years of consulting experience, and strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, drainage, and site development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license in Idaho or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• 5+ years of consulting civil engineering experience.
• Experience preparing plans, specs, and cost estimates for civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and stormwater design.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development and civil infrastructure projects from planning through final design.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Coordinate grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements per standards.
• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses for stormwater systems.
• Develop construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
