BlackLine Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Implementation Consultant to lead and deliver complex, enterprise‑level implementations of BlackLine’s software for customers.

You will advise on best practices, configure the platform to meet requirements, and provide subject‑matter leadership within the department. You’ll drive project phases, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Consulting/Professional Services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience delivering enterprise‑scale implementations
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Strong communication across diverse stakeholders
• SaaS/ERP/financial services domain knowledge

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all project phases and milestones to completion
• Advise customers on best practices and configure BlackLine to meet requirements
• Mentor junior ICs on implementation processes
• Create and maintain project documentation (budget, timelines, risks)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine progress and next steps
• Provide training and guidance to customers throughout the project
