Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Architect with deep BlackLine expertise to design and implement financial close solutions across ERP ecosystems. You will bridge finance, IT, and partners, leading complex deployments and optimizing controllership and intercompany processes.

You will mentor analysts, collaborate on end‑to‑end blueprints, and guide architecture decisions aligning BlackLine with business requirements and transformation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance technology or transformation roles.
• Experience implementing Core BlackLine modules and Intercompany Hub.
• BlackLine Certification preferred (Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or equivalent).
• Experience with SOX and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy BlackLine modules across ERP environments.
• Lead technical workstreams for new implementations and upgrades.
• Define data architecture, integration patterns, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Architect integrations between BlackLine and SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/NetSuite.
• Provide training and governance to finance and IT teams.
