Job summary

Prescient is seeking a Principal to lead day-to-day competitive strategy engagements for US-based biopharma clients, coaching Analysts and Consultants while delivering high-quality insights.

You will shape strategic direction, manage client relationships, and drive account growth across portfolios, with a focus on cell therapy and related therapeutic areas. Experience in consulting and life sciences is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in biopharma client services and consulting is required; CI experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in cell therapy with knowledge of autoimmune/AID dynamics.
• Strong results orientation with a track record of managing day-to-day project execution and timely delivery.
• Ability to build trust through credibility, preparedness and clear communication.
• BA/BS required; advanced life science degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of competitive strategy engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Structure and manage workstreams; guide junior team members and maintain momentum.
• Develop productive client relationships and ensure best-in-class service throughout engagements.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities; support proposals and growth across accounts.
• Develop deep understanding of therapeutic areas, clinical development and competitive landscapes.
