Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a senior leader to guide therapeutic strategy engagements for biopharma and medical device clients in the United States. You will drive strategic initiatives, vendor coordination, and client relationship management to advance high-profile programs across regulatory and development lifecycle stages.

The role requires 10+ years in life sciences leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and a track record of successful consulting delivery.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evidence-based recommendations.
Deep knowledge of global regulatory requirements (FDA/ICH/GCP).
Experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices consulting preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of therapeutic strategies aligned with client goals and market trends.
Support early customer engagement with BD teams, providing therapeutic alignment for indications.
Develop responses for RFIs/RFPs and capabilities presentations.
Collaborate with medical, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams for cohesive client engagements.
Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements in delivery.
