Qualificações

• Significant experience developing translational or clinical biomarker strategies in oncology/hematology drug development.
• Strong scientific expertise in cancer biology/hematologic malignancies.
• Translate hypotheses into biomarker strategies informing clinical decisions.
• Understand MOA, disease biology, heterogeneity, pharmacology, endpoints, development strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead integrated biomarker strategies across oncology and hematology programs with cross-functional teams.
• Translate biological mechanisms into translational hypotheses and fit-for-purpose biomarkers.
• Define how biomarkers inform proof of biology, target engagement, dose, patient selection, response assessment, and resistance.
• Ensure strategies are focused, scalable, and linked to actions.
• Communicate strategies and results to governance groups and stakeholders.
• Mentor biomarker scientists and collaborate across Discovery, Clinical Development, and Regulatory.
