Indeed, the world\'s #1 job site, is seeking a Software Engineer VI to serve as a Technical Fellow for the Interop space, owning architecture and guiding system evolution across multiple teams.

You will partner with senior engineers, product leads, and executives to set technical strategy, improve integration reliability, and scale B2B connections with external ATS/HRIS partners. You will help drive architectural clarity and leadership across 40–50 engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with minimum experience.
• Experience designing and evolving service-oriented architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and data platforms (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience applying AI/ML capabilities to architecture, development velocity, and integration quality at scale.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability as a principal technical and product contributor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence technical direction.

Responsabilités

• Own architectural assessment and simplification across multiple teams or domains.
• Partner with senior engineers, technical leaders, and business partners to guide architectural decisions and system evolution.
• Document and communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs effectively.
• Translate architectural needs and user feedback into improvements for shared platforms, tools, or processes.
• Contribute code and design improvements to internal systems, setting high quality standards.
• Influence architectural standards and best practices across the engineering organization.
