Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Principal Architect to shape the architectural direction across cloud-based platforms and strategic global solutions. You will influence technology decisions at the highest levels and drive secure, scalable architectures for payments and client onboarding.

You will collaborate with engineering and business leaders, lead enterprise technology roadmaps, and define API standards while applying AI capabilities within architecture workflows to accelerate delivery and ensure

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability at enterprise scale.
• Experience applying enterprise AI within architecture and engineering workflows with strong validation habits.

Responsibilities

• Advise cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target-state architecture.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy and digital goals.
• Apply enterprise-enabled AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and design decisions.
• Establish reusable, AI-enabled engineering patterns with governance and security controls.
• Create scalable coding frameworks focusing on durability and reuse across teams.
• Develop secure production code and review peers' code to uphold engineering excellence.
• Serve as SME and contribute to technical methods in product development.
• Shape digital transformation strategy for payments, onboarding, and self-service models.
• Define and govern API standards and integration patterns for scalable solutions.
