Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architecture experience and formal training or certification.
• Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Expertise in one or more architecture disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across functions to deliver modern architecture.
• Extensive practical cloud native experience.
• Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies for future state architecture.
• Strong enterprise expertise across applications, collaboration platforms, security governance, interoperability, and governance.

• Advises and leads on architecture strategy across products, applications, and technologies.
• Translates highly complex technical issues to leadership to drive strategic decisions about target state architecture.
• Drives adoption of technical methods in line with product development methodologies.
• Establishes and leads an architecture governance body.
• Creates durable, reusable software frameworks to improve velocity and quality across teams.
• Partners across domains to reduce tooling duplication and maintain governance.
• Improves decision traceability, cost-performance outcomes, and architectural guardrails.
• Evaluates emerging capabilities for enterprise fit and readiness.
• Leads reuse-first adoption of enterprise AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Establishes portfolio-level guardrails for AI-enabled workflows with traceability and security alignment.
• Champions diversity, inclusion, and respect.
