Job summary

You will lead architecture design, governance, and roadmaps, collaborating with business and technology executives to deliver scalable, secure solutions across global payments ecosystems. The role emphasizes AI-enabled engineering, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on architecture concepts.
• 10+ years practical experience in system design, development, and operations in payments contexts.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce payment flows and merchant integration patterns.
• Experience with RESTful and event-driven API design in payments.
• Experience applying AI in architecture workflows with data sensitivity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders on design approaches, technology selection, and target state architecture for global eCommerce merchant payment platforms.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for online checkout optimization, gateway modernization, and developer experience.
• Apply enterprise‑authorized AI to accelerate architecture analysis and roadmap development with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Define strategy and delivery roadmaps translating merchant acquiring requirements into scalable cloud-native decisions.
• Establish reuse-first, AI-enabled patterns and governance across the SDLC, ensuring security and auditability.
• Lead architecture governance sessions and evaluate options to accelerate time to market.
• Present architecture strategies and roadmaps to senior leaders.
