  • Evaluate potential initiatives based on business impact, implementation complexity, expected cost savings, efficiency improvements, and return on investment.
  • Develop business cases and prioritize AI initiatives according to organizational needs, strategic objectives, and expected results.
  • Build and manage an enterprise-wide AI transformation roadmap aligned with the organization's Default-to-AI strategy.

  • Identify and deploy solutions that reduce manual processes, improve reporting capabilities, and increase operational efficiency across financial functions.
  • Evaluate AI technologies, software providers, external consultants, and implementation partners to identify the most appropriate solutions for business requirements.
  • Lead vendor selection processes, negotiate scopes of work, oversee budgets and implementation timelines, and ensure external partners meet agreed deliverables.
  • Coordinate technology integrations with existing business systems in collaboration with IT teams and internal stakeholders, engaging specialized technical expertise when necessary.
  • Establish practical guidelines for responsible AI adoption, including data security, confidentiality, human oversight, and regulatory compliance, in partnership with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Drive employee adoption through training, change management, communication, and business process redesign.
  • Monitor and report on implementation performance using measurable indicators such as productivity gains, cost reductions, accuracy improvements, operational efficiency, and ROI.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to scale successful AI solutions and improve processes across additional business units.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in project management, business transformation, enterprise technology, AI implementation, operational improvement, or related consulting fields.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from initial assessment and strategic planning through implementation and measurable business results.
  • Strong working knowledge of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), workflow automation, and practical applications of AI in business environments.
  • Demonstrated experience mapping business processes, identifying inefficiencies, developing implementation strategies, and measuring return on investment.
  • Proven ability to select, manage, and oversee external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners, including responsibility for budgets, timelines, scopes of work, and deliverables.
