Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive AI innovation for Customer 360. You will lead AI-powered solutions, translate cutting-edge AI into customer benefits, and build scalable primitives for rapid innovation across Amazon's product ecosystem.

You will partner with research scientists, engineers, and business units to identify high-impact AI problems and deliver scalable, reusable AI capabilities that accelerate product development and improve

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience.
7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
5+ years of software development experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the roadmap for AI-driven customer solutions, coordinating with partners and senior leadership.
Identify and prioritize customer problems solvable with AI innovations, working from customer needs.
Lead the development of AI primitives and tools enabling rapid prototyping and deployment.
Mentor TPMs and collaborate with SDEs and Applied Scientists to push AI applications in e-commerce.
Establish frameworks for ethical AI use, maintaining customer trust, privacy, and security.
