Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Core Technical Architect to be a pre-sales, customer-facing expert who aligns Salesforce solutions with our customers' digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies. You are an important early player in deal cycles to match our solutions to customer challenges and support POCs/technical deep dives into our AI and Data products.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI Architecture, Data360, and Flow for

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in CS/Software Eng or MIS.
Salesforce Certifications and/or Trailhead Superbadges.
Excellent communication and executive relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Act as SME in business strategy, architecture, data, integration, security and AI.
Use a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements.
Determine optimal technologies for customer-driven architectures based on product knowledge and standards.
Lead discussions on change programs from business and technical perspectives.
Develop repeatable propositions and go-to-market strategies for sales teams.
