Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Principal AI & Salesforce Architect for a remote role in the United States. You will lead AI-forward architecture across Salesforce, Data 360, MuleSoft and enterprise systems, guiding clients from problem framing to production stability.

You will prototype, diagnose failures, and work closely with engineers to unblock the hardest problems while mentoring other architects and delivering strategic, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Real AI depth across frontier and open-weight models with enterprise relevance.
• Command of agentic design patterns: tool use, planning, multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong Salesforce architecture knowledge, security model and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Be the AI voice in the room architecture and strategy for clients.
• Shape problem framing, scope, and risk for agent-based solutions.
• Prototype, debug, inspect code and unblock engineers during delivery.
• Lead delivery with risk management and handoff to delivery lead after production stabilization.
• Publish and share patterns as reference architectures and guidance.
