Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud architecture experience required.
• Proven ability to design enterprise CPQ/Quote-to-Cash solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core platform architecture.
• Experience with agent orchestration and multi-agent coordination patterns.
• Familiarity with data security, sharing and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud and Agentforce.
• Architect agent-assisted workflows across opportunity, pricing, quoting and revenue lifecycle processes.
• Design context engineering, memory management and retrieval strategies for scalable solutions.
• Define secure action patterns with least-privilege access and governance checkpoints.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineers across global delivery teams.
• Evaluate AI frameworks, observability, and cost-control approaches for enterprise use.
