Qualifikationen

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology, with substantial Salesforce experience and named deployments taken through production.
• Evidence of operating at executive and deep technical levels, leading through ambiguity and transitioning proven solutions to sustained delivery teams.
• Proven ability to design and deliver AI-forward, agent-based Salesforce architectures across complex estates.

Aufgaben

• Be the AI voice in the room, translating frontier models and Salesforce trends into business roadmaps.
• Shape strategic pursuits, frame problems, assess whether an agent is right, and define scope and risks.
• Design agentic systems with orchestration, memory, grounding, and guardrails across platforms.
• Prototype and debug with engineers to demonstrate working behavior and manage failure modes.
• Lead delivery through high-risk phases, then transition ownership to delivery teams.
• Stay engaged through production validation and stabilization, ensuring long-term reliability.
