Job summary

Salesforce seeks a senior technical architect/director-level expert to lead advisory, architecture, and AI-augmented delivery for data platforms. You will drive governance, blueprint governance, and multi-engagement delivery across Salesforce Data 360 and third-party integrations.

Strong executive communication is essential. Responsibilities include shaping roadmaps, defining target architectures, and ensuring secure, scalable data solutions that leverage AI tooling to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years (Senior Technical Architect) / 15+ years (Director) of hands-on data experience across data & analytics consulting, engineering, architecture, MDM, integration, and governance.
• Demonstrated delivery/leadership of enterprise data platform, MDM, integration, governance, or AI-readiness programs.
• Hands-on-to-deep fluency with AI-augmented delivery — using AI tooling as core to delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders and define KPI baselines; act as trusted advisor to CxOs.
• Design target-state architecture across platform stacks and ensure integration with existing investments.
• Provide architectural governance and risk management across multi-engagement programs.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining governance and quality.
