Job summary

Noble Machines in Sunnyvale, California, is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to bridge customers, engineering, product and business for AI and robotics deployments.

You will lead enterprise engagements, design scalable solutions, and guide deployments from discovery to adoption. The role includes potential to build and lead an Application Engineering team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, robotics or related field.
• 5–10+ years in solutions architecture, pre‑sales, or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise deployments.
• Strong technical credibility with customer-facing and business communication skills.
• Ability to work with both engineering teams and executive decision‑makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer engagements from discovery to deployment.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable AI/robotics solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to engineers and executives.
• Define deployment plans, success criteria, and risk mitigation.
