The role embeds engineers with business units to design workflows, deliver AI-powered, production-ready solutions, and scale capabilities across platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture opportunities, own delivery from prototype to production, and turn customer outcomes into reusable platforms and playbooks

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, developer tools, applied AI, or customer engineering environments.
• Strong AI-native software development instincts and systems thinking.
• Excellent communication and customer leadership skills.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to operate with senior engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across Communications, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering to redesign work with AI.
• Embed with customer teams to understand workflows and build AI solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Own technical delivery from prototype through production with emphasis on speed, quality and maintainability.
• Build full‑stack AI applications, agents, automations, and integrations that transform how work gets done.
• Lead rapid prototyping, remove blockers, and contribute directly in code when needed.
• Drive adoption by partnering with customers through deployment and iteration.
• Turn successful customer solutions into reusable platforms, services and playbooks for future deployments.
• Partner with Platform Engineering and Product teams to feed customer learnings back into AI capabilities.
