Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant PM experience, or Master’s with 8+, or PhD with 5+ years.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes, code snippets, or mock UIs using generative AI and no-code/low-code.
• Expertise in SDLC, Agile/Scrum, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and high-quality user stories.
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, context windows, latency, hallucination, and when to apply RAG vs. fine-tuning.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a 12-month product roadmap balancing quick wins and strategic bets.
• Liaise between engineering and business leaders, translating AI concepts to business risk.
• Develop GTM strategies and change management plans for AI tools adoption.
• Build prototypes using AI-native tools to validate process fit and UX before full engineering.
• Define PRD with standards like Error Budgets and Golden Sets.
• Create and version-control the Golden Set dataset for AI model evaluation.
