Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking a senior consultant to lead process diagnostics and automation workstreams, turning operational pain into an actionable plan with a credible value case and owning the "so what" and "now what".

You will guide adoption of automation and GenAI-enabled improvements, coach junior team members, and present insights to senior stakeholders while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting.
• Hands-on exposure to process mining/automation tools and methods.
• Strong advisory skills; can influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Experience with TOM, controls, or governance is a plus.
• Experience with process mining and automation tools (UiPath, Celonis, Signavio).
• Lean six sigma certification preferred.
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams.
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change.
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
