Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a senior consultant to lead process diagnostics and automation initiatives within our AI-enabled enterprise transformation practice. You will own the “so what” and “now what,” driving value cases and actionable plans with GenAI as an accelerant.

You’ll collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to deliver measurable outcomes. You will guide governance, coach junior staff, and present findings to senior stakeholders, with a focus on responsible AI

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting.
• Hands-on exposure to process mining/automation tools and methods.
• Strong advisory skills to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Experience with TOM, controls, or governance is a plus.
• Experience with process mining and automation tools (UiPath, Celonis, Signavio).
• Lean six sigma certification preferred.
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams.
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change.
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
