Job summary

Snowplow Analytics Limited is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Applied AI team to drive the GTM data and AI platform on Firn. You will design scalable services that decide how to engage accounts, build agents and tools, and ensure production-grade reliability across the platform.

You will lead with data-driven decisions, collaborate with growth, sales, and marketing stakeholders, and shape the platform roadmap while maintaining a hands-on engineering role during the six-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Production software experience with Python or TypeScript, plus SQL and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience shipping and running systems used by other teams, with a strong emphasis on reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design GTM intelligence engine on Firn with platform services for internal customers.
• Build agents and tools on the factory framework with review steps and evaluations.
