Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the architecture, strategy, and evolution of enterprise-scale AI platforms and GenAI-powered product experiences. You will define the platform, drive RAG pipelines, and establish governance for scalable AI systems.

You will also guide cross-team decisions, set standards, and mentor teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions with strong guardrails and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• {must have} 12+ years of software engineering with staff/principal level experience.
• {must have} proven cross-team technical decisions and platform direction.
• {must have} experience designing large-scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise AI platform architecture.
• Lead development of RAG pipelines and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Build production-grade AI systems and proofs of concept; establish QA standards and governance.
