Job summary

Themesoft Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop and maintain an AI platform and AI-powered tools that are reliable, scalable, accessible, and secure for enterprise users.

You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), enhance CI/CD pipelines, and stay at the cutting edge of AI developments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product or enterprise software development.
• Hands-on experience with frontend, backend, databases and cloud infra.
• Experience implementing accessible features in web apps.
• Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and maintain an AI platform and AI-powered tools.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) in code, testing and design.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Explore new AI capabilities and integrate them into applications.
• Implement security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and optimize cloud infrastructure.
