Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in software or platform engineering, deep AI/ML production experience, and a track record of architectural ownership and mentoring across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Over a decade of software engineering experience with cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record in large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience leading senior engineering teams and technical direction.
• Hands-on production AI/ML platform experience with LLMs.
• Strong Python and TypeScript development skills.
• Ability to design secure, scalable APIs and backend services.

Aufgaben

• Lead architectural decisions for enterprise AI and ML platforms.
• Design infrastructure for model deployment, governance, and scalability.
• Own real-time inference and large-scale batch workloads.
• Define model lifecycle standards, versioning, promotion, and rollback.
