Job summary

the company in the USA is seeking a Principal Engineer, AI Architect to design and implement next-generation Generative AI solutions. You will report to the Head of Architecture and guide the innovation team and other Principal engineers to shape the AI vision.

This role centers on scalable cloud-native designs and a strong emphasis on engineering excellence. You will lead architectural efforts, mentor teams, partner with Product, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools while delivering

Qualifications

• 13+ years building full-stack applications with Java and Node.js.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years designing and architecting enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• 5+ years shipping AI products to production.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (GCP experience is a plus).
• Background in data analytics and reporting tools, especially for contact centers and conversational analytics.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams as technical expert.
