Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Solution Specialist for Data Services to lead the commercial and technical efforts for new data infrastructure opportunities. You will translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback, drive multi-petabyte data pipeline deals, and partner with sales and engineering to accelerate adoption of CoreWeave's data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in distributed systems, storage or data architecture with revenue-focused outcomes.
• 5+ years working with multi-cloud networking and data transfer protocols in customer-facing roles.
• Deep knowledge of storage technologies (NVMe-oF, POSIX, object storage) and commercial differentiation.
• Experience deploying and tuning large-scale database clusters (SQL/NoSQL/Vector).
• Strong understanding of high-speed interconnects, egress cost modeling, and enterprise deal structure.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes-native storage orchestration and workload portability.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial and technical strategy for net new customer wins in data infrastructure.
• Drive opportunities where data migration, egress costs, or multi-cloud sprawl hinder GPU adoption at scale.
• Translate requirements into product feedback shaping CoreWeave's storage roadmap.
• Develop deal structures and benchmark narratives to accelerate storage-heavy opportunities.
• Engage with enterprise buyers and articulate data gravity and total cost of ownership.
