Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML or AI-enabled development.
• Experience designing, building, deploying AI agents with multi-step workflows.
• Ability to own architecture and hands-on engineering of AI solutions as an IC.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, technical direction, and roadmap for AI and autonomous-agent capabilities.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support production AI agents and workflows.
• Develop agentic solutions using LangChain/LangGraph with enterprise integrations.
• Implement agent evaluation, tracing, monitoring, observability, and production support.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, and governed data.
• Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for connecting agents with systems.
• Create APIs, connectors, and integration components for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate workflows into AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet data security, privacy, and governance requirements.
