Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is seeking a Deployed Architect to join the Professional Services team. You will design and deploy production-grade AI infrastructure, architect multi-agent systems, and optimize prompts for enterprise customers remotely.

The role blends software development, infrastructure engineering, and customer-facing work, with a focus on scalable, secure deployments and robust agent applications across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical, hands-on customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• 3+ years designing production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, multi-zone deployments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps.
• Knowledge of relational databases, in-memory stores, HA, replication, backup sizing.
• Experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong networking, security (SSO/RBAC, TLS, secrets mgmt), and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, highly available infrastructure for AI platform deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design multi-agent systems and evaluation frameworks, using LangChain/LangGraph and prompt optimization.
• Lead technical maturity assessments with enterprise customers and collaborate with Engagement Managers and Product/Engineering teams.
