Job summary

Focused is seeking a Senior Agent Engineer specializing in LangChain to lead end-to-end AI-enabled software delivery for diverse client projects. You will pair program daily, mentor engineers, and shape architecture decisions to scale across back-end services and modern web UIs.

You bring hands-on full-stack experience, LangChain or similar agent frameworks, and fluency with Python, Node, Java, React, and Next.js.
