Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is seeking a hands-on technical advocate to co-architect and deliver production AI agents with customer engineering teams. You will drive the technical win in pre-sales, design multi-step agent workflows, and help deploy agent-based applications in production while advising on architectures and best practices.

You will work directly with customers during POCs, evaluations, and post-sale engagements, sharing patterns, code, and demos to accelerate adoption of LangChain tooling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role, startup or scale-up preferred.
• Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered apps beyond simple API calls.
• Comfort working directly with customers during POCs and evaluations.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer teams.
• Own the technical win in pre-sales through POCs and evaluations.
• Help deploy and operate agent-based applications in production.
• Advise on architecture, best practices, and roadmaps.
• Lead demos, trainings, and workshops for developers.
• Share reusable patterns and code to scale with customers.
• Contribute upstream when it benefits customers.
• Travel up to 40% to customer sites.
